Rules for deleting and reposting classified ads
Each Classified Ad Requires Payment
You must pay $3 for each and every classified ad you post on Planet124.com
✓ When You CAN Delete an Ad:
If you sell the one item that you have posted in the classified ad, then you can delete the ad.
✗ What You CANNOT Do:
- • Delete an ad and create a new one without paying
- • Remove an ad just to post a different item for free
- • Reuse a paid ad slot for a different product
Once you make a post under "My Ads", you CANNOT delete an ad and create a new one UNLESS you pay.
Each Ad = $3 Payment
- • Want to post a different item? Pay $3 for a new ad
- • Changed your mind about what to sell? Pay $3 for a new ad
- • Need to update your listing significantly? Pay $3 for a new ad
Why This Rule?
This policy prevents abuse of the system and ensures fairness. Each classified ad posting costs $3, whether it's your first ad or your tenth. This keeps the marketplace honest and sustainable.
✓ Allowed:
- • You post a bike for sale ($3 paid)
- • The bike sells
- • You delete the ad (FREE - because item sold)
- • You post a new ad for a different item ($3 payment required)
✗ Not Allowed:
- • You post a bike for sale ($3 paid)
- • You decide to sell a guitar instead
- • You delete the bike ad
- • You try to post the guitar without paying ($3 payment REQUIRED)
⚠️ Remember:
Every new classified ad = $3 payment. The only time you can delete without reposting is when your item has sold.
