Planet124 wants to inform you for the purpose of Any Disputes, Actions, or Lawsuits and other proceedings arising of ANY Transactions contemplated for each Seller or Buyer, All Prior agreements & understanding between Both the Parties, regarding to the subject matter, of Due Diligence of this agreement.
